Once your item(s) ship, you will receive a email containing tracking information. If more than 7 days have passed, please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order. Refunds will be handled through email if necessary.
Once your package ships, we are not held responsible for missing packages. You will be supplied with a tracking number via email to track your package arrival.
This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. All orders are shipped by USPS, which is a United States Postal Service. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2-5 business days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days.
